Eight varieties of cheese are available this year: Jarlsberg, Applewood, Ilchester Mature Cheddar, Ilchester Red Leicester Cheese, Ilchester Wensleydale with cranberries, Ilchester Wensleydale with Gingerbread, Ilchester Double Gloucester and Mexicana (a cheddar cheese packed with bell peppers and hot chill spices).
